Hi, We're Danielle & Ben Wasson

For more than four decades, we've built our careers around relationships, education, and helping people make confident decisions.

Today, Team Wasson connects individuals, families, and professionals with practical ways to reduce everyday expenses and create additional income opportunities through conversations—not pressure.

Because sometimes one conversation can change what's possible.

30+ Years Building Relationships • Serving Families & Professionals • Conversations That Matter

Our Journey Started With a Simple Conversation

Looking back, Team Wasson wasn't created overnight.

It grew from years of working with people, listening to their challenges, and realizing that many families and professionals were paying more than they needed to for essential services, or simply didn't know there were other options.

Over time, one thing became clear:

Sometimes a single conversation can open the door to entirely new possibilities.

① More Than 43 Years of Relationships

For decades, our careers have been built around relationships, education, and earning trust. Whether working alongside professionals or serving clients, we've always believed that people deserve honest information and the freedom to make informed decisions.

② We Started Seeing a Pattern

Again and again, we met people who were frustrated by rising healthcare costs, increasing monthly bills, and limited choices. Many assumed those expenses were simply unavoidable because no one had ever shown them another option.

Those conversations made us realize there had to be a better way.

We don't believe in convincing people...We believe in giving people enough information to make confident decisions for themselves."

What We Believe

Everything we do is guided by five simple principles. They shape every conversation, every recommendation, and every relationship we build.

1. Relationships Before Transactions

We believe trust is earned through genuine relationships—not rushed decisions. Every conversation starts with understanding your goals, your concerns, and what matters most to you.

Here's What That Means for You

You'll never feel pressured. We'll always start by listening.

2. Education Before Decisions

The best decisions come from understanding your options. Our role is to provide clear information, answer your questions, and help you explore possibilities with confidence.

Here's What That Means for You

You'll always have the information you need to make the choice that's right for you.

3. Integrity Always

Honesty is the foundation of everything we do. If we don't believe a solution is the right fit, we'll tell you. Building lasting relationships is more important than making a quick sale.

Here's What That Means for You

You'll receive honest guidance...even if it means recommending that you stay exactly where you are.

4. Long-Term Value Over Short-Term Results

Our focus isn't on one conversation ... it's on creating lasting value. Whether it's reducing monthly expenses or exploring an additional income stream, we're committed to helping people make decisions that continue to benefit them over time.

Here's What That Means for You

We're focused on what's best for your future, not just today.

5. Every Family Deserves Options

Too many people assume their current bills or financial situation can't be improved. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to explore alternatives and decide what fits their needs best.

Here's What That Means for You

You'll never know what's possible until you discover your options.

The Peple Behind the Conversation

Before we ever talk about savings or opportunities, we'd love for you to know a little about the people you'll be talking with.

Because relationships have always come first.

Danielle Wasson

Growing up in the small town of Chelsea, Quebec, Danielle learned early that life's greatest rewards don't come from possessions—they come from people.

Whether she was competing in swimming meets, studying classical guitar, or volunteering to teach people with disabilities how to play, she discovered something that still shapes her life today: helping someone discover what's possible is one of life's greatest privileges.

Her parents taught lessons that continue to guide every conversation she has today:

Be honest.

Love people for who they are—not who you wish they would become.

Treasure family.

And never overlook the simple moments, because those are the moments that build a beautiful life.

After more than 30 years as a leader, Danielle is proud of many professional accomplishments, but one stands above the rest.

A quiet employee who doubted herself eventually stepped into her dream career. Before leaving, she told Danielle:

"Without your guidance and encouragement, I would never have believed I could be where I am today."

That moment confirmed what Danielle had always believed:

Success isn't measured by what we achieve ourselves.

It's measured by the confidence we inspire in others.

When she's not working, you'll probably find Danielle exploring back roads with Ben, laughing with their grandchildren, discovering a new restaurant, or dancing the two-step on their back porch as the Franklin Mountains turn shades of purple at sunset.

What Friends Say About Danielle

  • Fun

  • Loving

Ben Wasson

If you've ever spent time with Ben, you've probably noticed something almost immediately.

He has a way of making people feel like they've known each other for years.

Funny, direct, and refreshingly honest, Ben believes the best conversations begin with genuine curiosity.

He loves learning about people's stories—their families, their experiences, and what matters most to them.

Throughout his insurance career, he built more than professional relationships.

He built lifelong friendships.

Many of the people he introduced to the industry went on to build successful careers of their own, and nothing makes him prouder than seeing others succeed.

Danielle often says Ben is the best "front man" she's ever met.

He has an incredible ability to connect with anyone, regardless of their background or profession, because he treats everyone with the same respect.

One of the things Danielle admires most about Ben is that he'll strike up a conversation with just about anyone. Whether it's a server at a restaurant, someone in line at the grocery store, or a new acquaintance, he has a gift for making people feel comfortable almost immediately.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys cooking, traveling, experimenting with new recipes, spending time with family, and watching what he affectionately calls his "Purple Mountains"—the Franklin Mountains glowing purple as the sun sets over West Texas.

If you spend an hour with Ben, you'll probably leave feeling like your story mattered.

Because to him, it truly does.

Better Together

Danielle and Ben's story began at a Canadian Embassy event in Dallas.

What started as a chance meeting became a partnership built on shared values, mutual respect, and a love of people.

They complement each other naturally.

Danielle is the visionary—the one who sees possibilities, creates systems, and keeps everything moving forward.

Ben is the connector—the one who starts conversations, builds relationships, and has an extraordinary gift for making people feel comfortable.

Together, they balance vision with action—one dreaming about what's possible, the other building the relationships that make it happen.

They share a love of travel, great food, discovering hidden places, and creating memories with their growing family.

But more than anything, they hope every person they meet walks away feeling appreciated, informed, valued...and smiling.

Because whether someone chooses to work with Team Wasson or simply spends thirty minutes sharing a conversation, their goal is always the same:

To leave people better than they found them.

"Our greatest success isn't measured by the lives we build—it's measured by the lives we encourage others to build."

The work we do is important, but the life we build together is what inspires it. Here are a few of the moments that remind us what matters most.
